Delivery and Refund Policy

01 Delivery

All Astrodium products are personalised digital reports. After your payment is confirmed, preparation of your report starts automatically and the finished report is sent to your email address as a PDF.

02 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For personalised digital content, this right ends once supply begins, if you expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right. At checkout, before payment, we ask you to confirm both, and we repeat this in your order confirmation email. Therefore an order cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Before you pay, you can simply close the order window — nothing is charged.

03 Refunds

Not delivered: if we cannot deliver your report for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund;
Defective report: if the report is incomplete or materially defective because of our error, we deliver a corrected report or refund the price;
Incorrect data you entered: a report based on incorrect birth data you provided is not a defect, but contact us — we will look at each case;
Refunds are made to the card used for payment.

04 Statutory Rights
