01 Who We Are

Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Astrodium (astrodium.com) is operated by Concept LLC (identification code 205183362), Tbilisi, Georgia (“Astrodium”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].

This policy explains what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

02 Data We Collect

Depending on the service you use, we process:

  • Identity and contact data: your name and email address;
  • Birth data: date, time and place of birth (and the coordinates of the place);
  • Partner data (Relationship Compatibility only): the other person’s name and birth data. Please only enter another person’s data if they are aware of it;
  • Birth time questionnaire (Birth Time Calculation only): your answers about appearance, character and life events. If you choose to list a health event or an accident, this is health data, which we process only with your explicit consent;
  • Order data: the product, price, promo code, order and payment status. We never receive or store your card details — you enter them on the Bank of Georgia payment page;
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and server logs;
  • Consent records: which consent boxes you ticked and when;
  • Analytics and advertising data: only if you allow it in the cookie banner (see section 07).

03 Why We Use Your Data and Legal Bases

  • To prepare and deliver your report and handle your order (calculating your chart, generating the text, emailing the PDF, customer support) — performance of our contract with you;
  • To process health-related life events you list in the birth time questionnaire — your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
  • To send you offers and news by email — only with your consent (an optional, unticked box). Every such email contains an unsubscribe link;
  • Analytics and advertising measurement — your consent via the cookie banner;
  • Security, fraud and abuse prevention (for example daily limits on free products) — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure;
  • Accounting and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations.

If you do not provide the data required for an order (for example your birth date or email), we cannot prepare or deliver the report.

04 AI-Generated Reports

Your chart is calculated by our own software. The written interpretation is then generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, provided by Anthropic) from that calculated chart data and your name. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider processes it on our behalf under its commercial terms.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

05 Who Receives Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, to the extent necessary:

  • Anthropic PBC (USA) — AI text generation for the reports;
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France) — sending emails;
  • JSC Bank of Georgia (Georgia) — payment processing;
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — server hosting;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — content delivery and protection against attacks;
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim — looking up the city you type (only the place name is sent);
  • Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Analytics, only with your consent;
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — Meta Pixel, only with your consent.

We may also disclose data to public authorities or courts where the law requires it.

06 International Transfers

Some providers (Anthropic, Cloudflare, Google, Meta) may process data outside Georgia, the EU/EEA and the UK, in particular in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

07 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only what is strictly necessary unless you agree to more in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.

  • Strictly necessary (always on): site_consent_v1 (browser storage; remembers your cookie choice until you change it) and astroai_* keys in session storage (temporarily keep your form progress and order; deleted when you close the tab);
  • Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) — aggregated statistics about visits;
  • Marketing (only with consent): Meta Pixel cookie _fbp (up to 3 months) — measuring the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Google Consent Mode is used: until you consent, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not loaded at all.

08 How Long We Keep Data

  • Orders, generated reports and free-test records are deleted automatically 365 days after they are created;
  • Birth time questionnaire answers are used to generate your report and are not kept separately;
  • Backup copies, where made, are deleted after 14 days;
  • Records we must keep under Georgian tax and accounting law are kept for the period that law requires;
  • Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

09 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before the withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge) or, if you live in the EU/EEA or the UK, with your local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address used for your order.

10 Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11 Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to personal data to people who need it, protect administrative tools by IP restriction and access tokens, and delete data on a fixed schedule.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will tell you before they apply where required.
