01 Who We Are and Scope

Astrodium (astrodium.com) is operated by Concept LLC (identification code 205183362), Tbilisi, Georgia (“Astrodium”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].

These Terms apply to every use of the website and every order of our digital astrology products: natal charts, natal profiles, astrological forecasts, relationship compatibility reports, birth time calculations and free tests.

By ordering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02 Nature of the Service

Your chart is calculated by our software; the written interpretation is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. Reports are personalised digital content delivered as PDF files by email.

Astrology reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial, investment or legal advice, and they do not predict events with certainty. Do not base important decisions on them alone.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. When you enter another person’s data (for example in Relationship Compatibility), you confirm that they are aware of it.

04 Orders and Contract

  • You choose a product, enter the requested data and confirm it in the order summary;
  • Before paying, you agree to these Terms and, for paid products, expressly request immediate delivery (see section 07);
  • The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send a confirmation email to the address you entered;
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. A report based on incorrect birth data that you provided is not a defect.

05 Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the website in Georgian lari (GEL) and are final prices. Your bank may convert the amount into your card currency at its own rate. Payments are processed by JSC Bank of Georgia; we never see or store your card details.

06 Delivery

Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide, usually within the time stated on the product page. If delivery takes longer because of technical problems, we will let you know. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

07 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once we begin supplying it, provided that you have expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Because every report is prepared individually and preparation starts automatically right after payment, we ask for this express request and acknowledgement at checkout, before you pay, and we confirm it in your order confirmation email. Once preparation of your report has begun, you therefore no longer have a right of withdrawal. Your rights under section 08 are not affected.

08 Refunds and Defective Reports

  • If we cannot deliver your report for reasons on our side, we will refund the full price;
  • If a report is incomplete or materially defective because of our error, contact us and we will deliver a corrected report or refund the price;
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

09 Marketing Emails

We send offers and news only if you opted in by ticking the optional box. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to us.

10 Intellectual Property

The website, its design, texts and software belong to Astrodium. Your report is for your personal use; you may not resell or publish it commercially without our written consent.

11 Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. Because reports are for entertainment and self-reflection, we are not liable for decisions you make based on them.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, large-scale cyberattacks, or major power or internet outages.

13 Complaints, Governing Law and Disputes

Please send complaints to [email protected]. We aim to reply within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings there where that law allows.

14 Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
